7000 Sospesa has bulbs that rotate freely on their mounts. Each can be swung closer in or further out, so the fitting describes a changeable volume in the air rather than a fixed shape — the arrangement is set after installation, not before.

The frame is burnished metal, with the joints and supports picked out in satinised brass. Those joints are the only detailed parts, and they are exactly where the movement happens.
