The Working Palette
A short list of materials we know well: stone, wood, metal, leather and weave, led by glazed lava stone. You can hold a sample of any of them before you decide.
Seven families. One standard.
The materials we build with. Sourced for each job, approved slab by slab, and finished by the same people who make the piece.
What you see here is a selection. The full library runs past three hundred references, and we can source outside it.

Made to look better with age
We keep the list short on purpose. Every material has to do three things: hold up to daily use, take a hand finish well, and look better in five years than it did on day one.
Nothing gets chosen from a photograph. We approve slabs one at a time, fire glazes in small batches, and cut your sample from the same run we build from.
Samples ship on request
We send samples of any material on request. Single chips, or a box put together for your project. Lava glaze samples are made by hand in the Los Angeles studio.
