4000 Royal sets a marble top on a base composed of columns and pillars. Top and base are treated as the two ends of a single vertical idea — the base begins the line, the top closes it.

Marble is the whole surface, not an inlay, so the veining runs the full length of the table and no two are identical. The classical base is what earns the stone; on a lighter frame it would look like a slab.
