360 Confident sits on a swivel base that returns to its own starting position when released. That return is the useful part: the chair can be turned toward a conversation or a window and will find its way back to facing forward on its own, so a room does not drift out of alignment.

The seat is foam over a floor-standing base with a wooden foot. Because the chair is meant to be rotated, it is finished on every side — there is no back that should not be seen.
