1500 Swing is drawn entirely in curves, with a profile line running round the edge of the shell that separates inside from outside. Upholstering those two faces differently is what the chair is designed for — the contrast is the detail.

Legs are tapered metal, narrowing toward the floor so the chair looks lighter than its enclosing shape suggests. The seat is foam, holding the curve.
