About 310 Identity Sofa
The detail that names 310 Identity is a line of stitching across the seat that holds a row of press studs. It is a visible piece of construction rather than a decorative seam — the fastening is the ornament, and it is the first thing the eye finds on an otherwise plain surface.
The sofa is modular, built on a suspended base with metal feet and foam seats. Because the studded seam runs across the seat, the detail continues uninterrupted along a multi-module run rather than stopping at each join.
From the Contemporary collection by Gianluigi Landoni. For rooms where the upholstery needs one piece of visible craft and nothing more.
