275 Glam moves the armrest and backrest off the frame entirely. Both are loose cushions sitting on a base weighted to hold them in place, so they can be picked up and repositioned — an arm becomes a back, a back becomes a bolster, and the sofa’s orientation changes without moving the sofa.

Seats are foam on a floor-level base, giving the low, wide stance the loose cushions need to work against. The modularity is therefore twofold: the modules combine, and the cushions on top of them rearrange.
