2110 Tank is built around a pronounced side volume — a thick, clearly bounded arm that gives the sofa bed its outline and hides none of its bulk. Rather than disguising the mechanism, Tank makes a virtue of the mass it needs.

The run can be closed with end elements: an ottoman and a small table with internal storage, both on wheels, so they can be pulled out when the bed is opened and pushed back when it is not. Storage in a sofa bed is usually the missing piece; here it is a specified module.
