470 Fancy exposes its frame. A visible surround in Canaletto walnut — or the same frame upholstered in fabric — holds the soft padding, so the sofa is legible as a structure carrying cushions rather than as one upholstered mass.

Seat cushions are feather-filled, giving a softer, more relaxed surface than the foam used across much of the range, and the base is suspended on metal feet. The choice between a walnut or a fabric frame changes the piece substantially: one reads as joinery, the other as pure upholstery.
