9568 Nice is a tall side table — taller than a coffee table, deliberately — in Canaletto walnut or black varnish. The extra height is what lets it work beside a sofa, a sofa bed or a bed, where a low table would sit below the arm.

The shape is kept essential and rigorous: a plain top, a plain support, nothing added. It is a functional height solved without decoration.
