Venice Sunbed

About Venice Sunbed

Design

The Talenti Venice Sunbed brings a quiet, architectural presence to outdoor spaces. Designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, its silhouette is clean and low, with the cushion seeming to float above a sculpted base. The proportions are generous without feeling bulky, so it settles easily by a pool, on a terrace, or along a garden path. Subtle nautical cues nod to Venice, not as theme, but as attitude: calm, linear, considered.

Details are deliberate. Edges are softened, lines stay crisp, and nothing feels forced. The effect is a daybed that looks composed from every angle and feels at home under sun or shade.

Materials & Build

A solid teak platform anchors the piece with reassuring weight and natural warmth. The frame is cut for stability and finished to highlight the wood’s grain, then paired with outdoor-ready fabric cushions. The palette remains refined: natural teak with fabric options that include cordonetto beige, dark grey, and twill rust. Everything reads minimal, yet purposeful.

Dimensions are tuned for real lounging: about 34.6 inches wide, 78.0 inches deep, and 16.1 inches high. The cushion height is roughly 9.5 inches, with a seat height near 18.1 inches that feels easy to approach. Weight is approximately 121 pounds—solid enough to sit firmly, still manageable for two people to reposition. Packaging ships as one piece. Not stackable by design, as the profile deserves its space. A fitted cover is available.

Comfort

Comfort arrives without theatrics. The cushions are soft to the touch and supportive where it matters, keeping form while staying inviting through long afternoons. No hard transitions, no awkward angles. Just a level plane that encourages reading, napping, or a slow stretch after a swim.

Fabric textures feel substantial, not precious, and the gentle give of the fill makes settling in effortless. It is the kind of seat that lets minutes expand and conversations slow down.

Placement & Lifestyle

The Venice Sunbed works best where light and air move—poolside, deck, rooftop, or a quiet corner of the garden. Its footprint suits single relaxation yet leaves room for a tray, a throw, or an extra cushion. Pair two in parallel for a composed, resort-like layout; place one under an olive tree for shade and silence. The look plays well with stone, concrete, or timber, and doesn’t compete with a view.

Longevity

Built for the outdoors, the teak frame and durable fabric perform season after season. Surfaces resist daily wear, and the structure stays true under regular use. For added protection between seasons, the available cover keeps everything in good order. And because it is substantial, not delicate, it invites everyday living—wet footprints, sunscreen, the works—without worry.

In short, the Talenti Venice Sunbed is made to be used, appreciated, and left out where life happens. Quiet design, honest materials, lasting ease.
