About 1280 Pavilion Coffee Table
1280 Pavilion is made in travertine — a stone with open, directional pores that reads as matt and plain rather than veined and decorative. Cut into blunt interlocking planes at varying heights, a group of Pavilion tables sits like a small model of a city block.
The forms are deliberately simple: flat faces, square cuts, no moulding. Travertine carries that treatment better than a figured marble would, because there is no pattern competing with the geometry.
Designed by Gianluigi Landoni. Specify several heights — the design depends on the pieces being read together.
Vibieffe builds to order in Italy. Top material, finish and size are specified per order. Visit the Melaaura showroom at 156 S Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles, or contact us for pricing, samples and lead times.
