Scacco means chequer, and the partition is where the collection’s pattern is most literal: nautical synthetic rope woven across a solid aluminium frame in a chequerboard, so the screen filters a view rather than blocking it.

At 100×135 cm it is the lower of the two heights — tall enough to divide a terrace or shelter a seating group, low enough to see over when standing.

Designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba. At 9 kg it can be repositioned as the day moves.
