525 Nordic is the widest-ranging of Vibieffe’s modular programmes. Beyond the seating units it offers headrests, a chaise longue and ottomans, so a layout can be specified almost element by element rather than chosen from a handful of fixed sizes.

The design of each unit is intentionally plain — with this many modules in play, elaborate detailing would read as noise. Seats are foam on a suspended base with metal feet.

Designed by Gianluigi Landoni. The one to reach for when the room plan is awkward and a standard sofa will not resolve it.
