About 120 Modern Air Sofa

120 Modern Air is drawn to sit lightly. The upholstered volume is lifted clear of the floor on slim metal feet, and the gap underneath is the point — it is what stops a sofa of this depth from reading as a solid block.

A wood frame carries a foam seat, and the metal feet keep the visual contact with the floor to a minimum. The proportions are held between two positions on purpose: the volumes are traditional, the way they meet the ground is not.

Designed by Gianluigi Landoni. Suited to rooms with pale floors or rugs the client wants to keep visible under the furniture.

Vibieffe builds to order in Italy. Upholstery, frame finish, foot and module layout are all specified per order. Visit the Melaaura showroom at 156 S Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles, or contact us for pricing, fabric samples and lead times.
