The Majestic L bed by Capital carries its name with quiet confidence. Designed by Boatto Martino Studio for the Beds 2016 collection, it is defined by a wide, quilted headboard that instantly sets the tone in the room. The headboard spans approximately 142 inches in width and rises to about 60 inches in height, framing the sleeping area with a bold, tailored surface. The quilting is the key detail here. It gives the piece structure and rhythm without feeling fussy, and it anchors the bed visually even in large spaces.

Materials & Build

Behind the refined look, the structure is straightforward and robust. A wooden frame forms the core of the bed, bringing natural solidity and a reassuring feel. The base is metal, adding strength and stability beneath the generous proportions. The entire body is wrapped in undeformable polyurethane foam padding in different densities. This layered approach keeps the lines crisp while softening every edge that meets the body. At around 571 pounds, the Majestic L has real substance; it feels settled, not fragile.

Comfort starts with scale. The bed is designed for a mattress of about 71 by 79 inches, giving ample room to stretch out and unwind.
