Grade-A teak joined the traditional way, powder-coated alloy, marine rope, all-weather weave and solution-dyed fabric. Built to take full sun, salt air and winter rain without special care.
Joined the old way, built to last outside
Grade-A teak from managed plantations is joined with mortise and tenon, doweled and glued. There is no visible hardware to rust and no screws to work loose as the timber moves.
After that it is your call: let it silver into a soft grey, or seal it three times to keep the honey colour. Cushions use quick-dry foam under solution-dyed covers, cut and sewn to fit the frame rather than bought in.

Teak silvers as it weathers. That is expected, not a fault. A sealed finish holds its colour for about two seasons before it wants re-oiling.
