The Design

The Facet Cluster of 7 Sculpture by Lasvit refines the idea of a chandelier into clean geometry. Designer Moritz Waldemeyer takes the classic silhouette and reduces it to a diamond-like, hexagonal glass unit. Seven of these elements assemble into a disciplined, architectural cluster. The result reads precise and airy at once. Nothing fussy. Just sharp lines, clear volumes, and a quiet sense of order.

It is a lighting sculpture meant to live comfortably in contemporary spaces, yet it nods to tradition. The piece stands out without shouting, and it holds its form beautifully whether the lights are on or off.

Materials & Build

Each Facet is made in clear glass, with subtle variations inherent to handmade work. Small bubbles or gentle shade shifts may appear; they are part of the process and make each cluster individual. The frame is finished in lacquered white matte (RAL 9010), which lets the glass do the talking while keeping the structure crisp.

Approximate dimensions: height 9.65 in, length 21.26 in, width 20.47 in. Weight is about 24.3 lb. The Facet family includes three shape variations; this version is the Clear / Cluster of 7. Photography is illustrative, as the character of hand-formed glass naturally varies.
