About Nido Sofa
Design
The Talenti Nido Sofa brings a calm, rounded silhouette to outdoor living. Soft, enveloping lines shape the seat and arms, while a wicker-style woven backrest adds open texture without fuss. Nothing shouts. It simply looks right from every angle. Designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, it balances visual lightness with a reassuring presence, making small spaces feel considered rather than crowded.
Scaled for modern terraces and patios, its compact footprint makes placement easy: approximately 70.9 inches wide by 35.4 inches deep and 26.4 inches high. The form is gently curved, so it sits beautifully on its own or paired with a low table. Neutral cushions finish the look with an understated note that lets greenery, stone, and light do the rest.
Materials & Build
An aluminum frame anchors the structure, with a woven wicker-style back that gives depth and a natural cadence to the piece. The cushions are tailored in fabric, chosen to complement the weave rather than compete with it. The palette offers graphite, wicker fiber, and Inkas white, allowing a clean, edited selection that plays well with most exterior schemes. Packaging arrives as one piece, ready to place. Not stackable by design, which preserves the integrity of the sculpted shape.
Comfort
Comfort starts with posture. The seat height sits at about 16.1 inches, with a cushion height near 7.5 inches, so settling in feels intuitive—no sinking too low, no perching too high. The woven back wraps subtly around the body, giving support without feeling boxed in. And the cushions, in quiet neutrals, create a soft landing for long conversations or a quick pause between moments. The Nido sofa encourages slowing down, then makes staying a little longer inevitable.
Placement & Lifestyle
Designed for outdoor spaces that need to work hard and look composed—balconies, compact terraces, garden alcoves—the sofa thrives in corners that call for a comfortable focal point. It slides easily along a railing edge or tucks under a pergola. Pair it with a low side table or layer it with planters to frame the curve of the back. On larger patios, use two Nido pieces to define a lounge zone without blocking views or circulation.
Longevity
Built for the outdoors and meant to be used, the sofa weighs approximately 66.1 pounds—substantial enough to feel stable, light enough to reposition when layouts change. A fitted cover is available for added protection between seasons or during longer breaks. With a measured palette and honest materials, the Talenti piece avoids trends that age quickly and keeps attention on proportion, feel, and ease—qualities that hold up year after year.
