About Venice Dining table

Sculptural by Nature

The Venice Dining Table by Talenti takes a clean, essential approach to a piece most people use every single day. Its structure is sculptural without being dramatic — balanced proportions, a strong silhouette, and enough visual weight to anchor a room. It works in contemporary interiors and sits just as comfortably alongside more traditional ones. That kind of range is hard to get right, and it comes down to restraint in the design.

Materials and Finish Options

Three material directions are available: lacquered gloss, marble, and veneered wood. Each one changes the personality of the table entirely. The lacquered finishes come in Ecru, Black, Red, and Verdigris. Marble options include Calacatta Gold, Nero Marquinia, Rosso Levanto, Verde Lepanto, Emperador Brown, and Calizia Capri. And the veneered versions offer Natural Oak, Canaletto Walnut–stained oak, black open-pore oak, and two decorative finishes — Rain and Cloudy.

Both the top and legs are finished in the same material, so the table reads as one cohesive form. That continuity is what gives Venice its sculptural quality. It feels considered, not assembled.

Three Sizes for Different Spaces

The Venice table comes in two rectangular sizes — roughly 94.5 x 43.3 inches and 114.2 x 43.3 inches — along with a circular version at about 47.2 inches in diameter. The smaller rectangle suits most dining rooms comfortably. The larger one is built for longer gatherings, bigger families, dinner parties that go late. The round option is more intimate and works well in open-plan spaces or smaller rooms where a rectangular table might feel rigid.

Built with Substance

Weight tells you something about a dining table. The lacquered and veneered versions of the larger rectangular model come in at around 176 lbs. The marble version of that same size weighs approximately 677 lbs. Even the round marble table sits at roughly 483 lbs. These are substantial pieces. They don’t shift, they don’t wobble, they stay exactly where they belong.

The lacquered and veneered models in the smaller rectangular size weigh about 159 lbs each, while the marble version reaches around 617 lbs. That heft reflects real material, not engineered shortcuts.

A Gathering Point

What the Talenti Venice does well is turn something ordinary — sitting down to eat — into something that feels a little more elevated. Not because it’s showy, but because the surface you’re sitting around has presence. It holds its own against statement lighting, bold art, layered interiors. But it can also stand quietly in a simpler setting and still feel right. That kind of flexibility is what makes it a piece worth building a room around.
