Suite Bed

About Suite Bed

Design

The Suite bed by Capital sits firmly in the contemporary world, with a calm, measured presence. Designed by Boatto Martino Studio for the Beds 2024 collection, it reads as a clean horizontal volume, with generous proportions that make the room feel composed rather than crowded. Lines stay simple and controlled, so the focus falls on the silhouette and the play between soft upholstery and discreet metal details. It feels considered, not showy, which makes it easy to live with over time.

Materials & Build

Suite combines metal, leather, and fabric finishes in a way that feels natural, not forced. The metals bring a subtle structure and a precise edge, while the choice of leather or fabric defines the character of the piece, from more formal to more relaxed. At approximately 110.2 inches wide, 53.1 inches high, and 95.3 inches deep, with a weight of about 408 pounds, it has a clear sense of substance. Volume is around 106 cubic feet, suitable for a solid, well-proportioned bed intended as a main piece in the room.

Comfort & Proportions

The scale of Suite immediately suggests comfort. The wide span and balanced height create an inviting platform that feels generous without being overwhelming. Surfaces finished in leather or fabric add a tactile layer that softens the geometry and makes resting against the bed feel natural. The proportions have been thought through so it looks composed from every angle, whether viewed straight on or from the side.

Placement & Lifestyle

This bed is built for a primary bedroom where the furniture is allowed to breathe. Its width of just over 110 inches and depth close to 95 inches ask for space, and it rewards that space with a strong, grounded presence. Suite by Capital pairs well with both minimal surroundings and richer interiors; it can sit quietly against a pale wall or stand up to deeper colors and bold art. The clean design also keeps it flexible when bedding and accessories change with the seasons.

Longevity

Suite is designed with long-term use in mind rather than a passing trend. The mix of metal, leather, and fabrics is proven in everyday life, aging with character when cared for properly. Its substantial weight hints at a bed meant to stay in place, anchoring the room year after year. With its straightforward lines and controlled detailing, it keeps its relevance as styles shift around it, allowing the rest of the space to evolve while the bed remains a reliable constant.
