About Celine Side table
Design
Celine by Capital is a compact side table with a clear graphical presence. Two precise circles form the base and the top, creating a strong vertical line and a calm, modern silhouette. The gesture is simple, almost architectural, which keeps the piece discreet but never anonymous. It works easily next to a sofa or armchair, bringing a touch of order and clarity to the room. The design by Boatto Martino Studio from the 2022 Service Tables collection feels considered, not overworked.
Materials & Build
The table stands on a lacquered frame offered in either a matte or glossy finish, giving the owner room to lean more understated or more reflective. Metal details and slender rings punctuate the structure, adding definition and a subtle sense of precision. The optional marble top introduces a cool, solid surface that immediately changes the tone of the piece, shifting it toward a more luxurious mood without losing practicality. Finishing options include metals, marbles, and wood, so the look can align with existing furnishings rather than compete with them.
Comfort & Use
Though compact, the proportions are generous enough for daily use. With a width of about 18.1 inches, a depth of 15.7 inches, and a height around 25.6 inches, the surface sits comfortably beside most seating, keeping a book, glass, or tray close at hand. The marble-finished top stays smooth and fresh to the touch and wipes clean with little effort. Depending on configuration, the piece weighs roughly 33 to 44 pounds, light enough to move when needed yet substantial enough to feel steady.
Placement & Lifestyle
Celine fits naturally into living rooms, lounges, or bedrooms where a clean, contemporary note is welcome. It can stand alone as a side table or pair with other Capital pieces as part of a more layered setting. The compact volume of about 10.6 cubic feet means it slides comfortably into smaller spaces, from city apartments to guest rooms, without feeling intrusive. And because the form is so clear, it adapts to different styles, from minimal to more eclectic interiors.
Longevity
The combination of lacquered structure, metal accents, and optional marble top is built for regular use rather than occasional display. Surfaces remain practical, resisting the wear of daily routines, while the simple circular geometry avoids trends that date quickly. Celine is the sort of side table that can move with its owner from one home to the next and still feel appropriately placed in each new space.
