About Olimpia Office

Design with a Clear Purpose

Olimpia presents itself as a working desk with presence, not noise. The lines are clean, the forms direct, and every element serves function first. The main desk flows into a side desk, creating one continuous surface that feels natural to use. Nothing appears decorative for its own sake, yet the composition still has quiet personality.

The piece reflects the measured eye of Boatto Martino Studio. Proportions are generous without feeling heavy. At about 110.2 inches wide and 39.4 inches deep, it offers real space to spread out, but the structure remains visually balanced and well grounded.

Materials and Build

The structure is in wood, anchored by discreet metal inserts and lifted by leather details. It is a simple triad—wood, metal, leather—but handled in a disciplined way. Capital keeps the palette focused so the materials speak clearly.

The side leg is clad in leather or synthetic leather, giving one side of the desk a more tactile, tailored character. With a weight of roughly 397 pounds and a volume around 53 cubic feet, the build feels substantial, conceived for daily use rather than occasional display.

Comfort in Daily Use

At approximately 30.7 inches high, the desk sits in a comfortable, familiar range for task seating. There is room for both focused work and spread-out projects, without the sense of working at an oversized table.

Two drawers in the main top, plus two more in the side desk, keep essentials close and the surface clear. The user can work on a clean plane, while documents, devices, and accessories stay organized but hidden.

Placement and Lifestyle

Olimpia works naturally in an office or studio where the desk is part of the architecture of the room. The side desk invites a clear zoning of tasks: primary work straight ahead, secondary tools or a guest chair to the side.

The piece carries the quiet confidence associated with Capital, suited to an executive setting, a refined home office, or a client-facing workspace where order and calm matter.

Built for the Long Term

The combination of wood, metal, and leather is chosen with longevity in mind. These materials age, they do not just wear. Edges soften visually over time, surfaces develop character, and the structure remains dependable.

With its considered dimensions and sturdy weight, this writing desk is designed as a lasting part of a working environment, not a temporary solution. It is meant to stay in place, to be used every day, and to keep its clarity of line year after year.
