Trilogy-Q Mirror

About Trilogy-Q Mirror

Design

The Trilogy-Q mirror sits in that calm space between object and architecture. Designed by Boatto Martino Studio for Capital, it reads as a clean graphic shape on the wall, with a square version at about 39.4 inches by 39.4 inches and a slim depth close to 2 inches. The outline is pure, but not cold. Two metal blocks interrupt the frame with a quiet, sculptural pause, giving the piece a precise but relaxed presence.

There is also a rectangular version, keeping the same design language but stretching the proportions for different wall layouts. Both versions work almost like light catchers, reflecting the room and its lighting rather than shouting for attention. The result feels deliberate and easy at the same time.

Materials & Build

Trilogy-Q is offered with a wood or leather frame, paired with metal blocks that anchor the look. Each finish shifts the character: wood brings a warmer note, leather leans more tailored and urban. The metal elements add structure and a subtle contrast without turning it into an industrial piece.

At roughly 59.5 pounds with a volume of about 7.1 cubic feet, the mirror has real substance. It feels solid on the wall, not decorative in a flimsy way. The construction is straightforward, honest, made to live with everyday use.

Experience

This is a mirror designed to be seen and then almost forgotten, until it’s needed. Reflection is clear, the frame is clean, and the detailing stays out of the way. That makes it easy to use in daily routines without fuss.

And because the design is so quiet, the eye doesn’t tire of it. It supports the space, softening light, doubling views, making rooms feel more open without becoming the focus of the room.

Placement & Lifestyle

Trilogy-Q by Capital works confidently in an entry, above a console, or in a living area where it can pick up both natural and artificial light. The square version suits more centered, symmetrical compositions; the rectangular one is easy for corridors, dining walls, or above low storage.

It sits comfortably in contemporary interiors, but also in more layered, collected spaces. It pairs well with metal lighting, upholstered seating, and natural woods, bridging different pieces without competing with them.

Longevity

The appeal of Trilogy-Q lies in its restraint. The simple geometry, the choice of wood or leather, and the discreet metal accents give it a look that is unlikely to date quickly. It doesn’t rely on trend-driven details.

With its weight, solid construction, and measured design, it feels like a piece intended to stay on the wall for years, adapting as the room around it evolves.
