Ori Dining Chair

About Ori Dining Chair

Design

The Ori Dining Chair takes its cue from the idea of “origin,” and it shows in the calm balance of its proportions. The silhouette is clean and confident, with elegant lines that feel considered without trying too hard. And the visual rhythm comes from contrast: a structured frame, softened by a lighter, more tactile back and side detail.

Perfectly aligned cords define the backrest and sides, giving the chair a tailored look from every angle. Subtle metallic notes sit against the wood, adding just enough edge. The result is visual harmony that sits naturally alongside the Ori dining table, but doesn’t disappear when paired with other pieces.

Materials & Build

In the standard version, the structure is made from iroko, chosen for its warm tone and sturdy character. Upholstery is finished in outdoor fabric, with outdoor rope used for the corded sections. Brushed stainless steel details bring a quiet precision to the overall build, highlighting key transitions without pulling focus.

Dimensions are generously scaled for dining: 24.0 inches wide, 24.0 inches deep, and 30.7 inches high. A protection cover is included, a practical add-on that suits the chair’s outdoor-ready material story.

Comfort

Comfort here is handled in a composed way. The chair’s naturally balanced proportions do a lot of work, supporting an easy sitting posture without looking bulky. The corded back and sides provide a sense of give, while the upholstered areas keep the feel inviting.

But it’s not a lounge chair trying to be a dining chair. The Ori Dining Chair stays appropriate for the table, offering support that feels right through long meals and unhurried conversation.

Placement & Lifestyle

This is a dining chair that fits cleanly into both relaxed and more formal outdoor settings. The mix of wood, rope, fabric, and metal reads refined but not precious. It works in pairs, in full sets, or as an accent chair at the head of the table when a space needs a little structure and texture.

From a distance it looks crisp and graphic. Up close, the materials add warmth and detail. And that balance makes it easy to style across different palettes and tabletop finishes.

Longevity

Each material choice is aimed at resilience: outdoor fabric and outdoor rope for daily exposure, brushed stainless steel for stable detailing, and iroko for a dependable frame. The included cover supports long-term care with minimal effort. Myface keeps the story straightforward here: well-built, visually calm, and made to stay in rotation season after season.
