The Augusta stool by Capital is defined by a clean, composed silhouette, interrupted only by a single, striking gesture: a metallic insert placed on the outer shell of the backrest. This detail gives the piece a quiet graphic line and a subtle shine from every angle. It feels contemporary without being loud. The proportions are generous but not bulky, so the stool sits lightly in a room, whether lined up at a counter or used as a single accent seat.

Materials & Build

Designed by Boatto Martino Studio for the Chairs and Stools 2025 collection, Augusta is built around a solid shell and a precise metallic element that works as both decoration and structure. That metal insert is not a simple trim. It helps reinforce the backrest, adding strength and stability where it matters most. The finishes available—wood, metals, fabrics, and lacquered surfaces—allow the stool to move from warm and tactile to sleek and polished with ease.

Width is approximately 22.0 inches, height about 39.0 inches, and depth around 21.7 inches, with a seat height close to 26.8 inches. The dimensions feel well balanced for everyday use at a counter or high table.
