About Parure Coffee table
Design
The Parure coffee table from Capital sits in that quiet space between statement and discretion. Designed by Boatto Martino Studio for the 2022 Coffee Tables Collection, it plays with proportion and surface rather than loud gestures. The square format, around 35.4 inches each side and 15.7 inches high, feels considered and easy to place. Different sizes and shapes across the Parure family let a room build subtle variations around the same design language.
Lines stay clean, but not cold. The metallic structure gives the piece a light graphic outline, while the top combinations bring warmth and depth. It reads as one clear object, not a puzzle of parts, which makes it sit naturally among existing furniture.
Materials & Build
Parure is all about pairing materials with a calm hand. Tops can be configured wood with marble, wood with wood, or marble with marble, using the range of finishes Capital offers. This lets a client tune the table toward a softer, more domestic feel or a sharper, more architectural one.
The structure has a metallic finish that frames the surfaces without overwhelming them. Metal-finish shot glasses are included as part of the design, adding a precise, crafted note. The table weighs about 79.4 pounds, giving it reassuring solidity while still being manageable to move when needed.
Comfort & Proportions
At just under 16 inches high, the Parure table aligns well with most modern sofa and lounge seating. It keeps trays, books, or a laptop within easy reach without dominating the conversation area. Edges and dimensions feel practical in daily use, whether for a quick coffee, an open book, or a laptop during an informal work session.
Placement & Lifestyle
This piece works comfortably as a central coffee table in a living room, but it doesn’t stop there. Different formats in the Parure collection make it equally suited beside a sofa or even as a generous bedside surface. It can act as a focal point in a lounge or dining area, or quietly support a more layered interior, depending on the chosen finishes.
Longevity
With its mix of metal, wood, and marble, Parure is designed to age well rather than follow a trend curve. Solid weight, a clean structural frame, and a volume of about 10.6 cubic feet for shipping and handling speak to a serious, long-term piece. When finishes are selected thoughtfully within Capital’s palette, the table settles into a space and stays relevant as the room evolves around it.
