About Houdini Screen
Design
The Houdini Screen from Myface is a clean, architectural piece that brings structure to an outdoor setting without making it feel closed in. It reads as a screen, but it also behaves like a subtle backdrop. The proportions are slim and vertical, so it adds presence while keeping the space light.
Its look is intentionally restrained. White matte steel sets the tone, then the gold plated details step in with a controlled shine. And the linear rods keep everything precise, giving the screen a quiet rhythm when it’s placed in front of open views or alongside more sculpted furniture.
Materials & Build
The structure is made in white matte stainless steel, chosen for a refined finish that doesn’t demand attention. Metallic details are in gold plated stainless steel, with rods in a mix of gold plated stainless steel and white lacquered stainless steel. That contrast is the point: warm metal against a crisp, bright frame.
At 39.4 inches wide, 8.1 inches deep, and 75.2 inches high, the Houdini Screen stays visually slim, yet it feels intentionally scaled. The depth is minimal, so it tucks in neatly where space is tight. A protection cover is included, a practical addition for keeping the finish looking consistent when not in use.
Comfort, in a Different Way
A screen isn’t about cushions and softness, but it does change how a space feels. It can make seating areas more comfortable by giving the eye a place to rest, and by offering a sense of separation without hard boundaries. It helps define zones so conversations feel more contained, even outdoors.
And it works well with both quiet and bold surroundings. The matte white keeps things calm, while the gold accents add enough richness to sit comfortably beside premium textiles, stone, and wood without feeling out of place.
Placement & Lifestyle
This accessory is made for flexible layouts. It can sit behind a dining setting, at the edge of a lounge, or along a terrace where a little definition is needed. It’s also a smart way to frame an entry moment outdoors, creating a deliberate transition from open space to a more curated area.
Because it’s visually light, it pairs easily with different styles. Minimal furniture, more classic silhouettes, even mixed materials. But the screen still holds its own, especially when used as a repeating element across a larger patio.
Longevity
Stainless steel construction supports long-term use, and the finishes are chosen to stay crisp in real environments. The included protection cover adds an extra layer of care, helping reduce wear between seasons. Myface keeps the design simple on purpose, so it stays relevant even as the rest of the setting evolves.
