Living spaces merge seamlessly with nature in this elegant private villa project just south of Lake Como. Designed by Bear Progetti and led by architect Enrico Bellotti, the villa consists of two distinct living units and was built with a sharp focus on logic, function, and style. Surrounded by lush vegetation and shaped by the terrain, the design turns architectural constraints into creative opportunities.
The materials used—like raw split stones enclosed in oversized mesh structures—add texture and character to the space, while the carefully segmented outdoor areas create a sense of rhythm and calm. Talenti was brought in to enhance these spaces, adding its signature touch of sophistication and performance to the garden and pool zones.
For the garden lounge, the Moon Living collection was chosen. With its wide, comfortable seats and curved, minimalist design, it creates a luxurious open-air living room where guests can relax in style. The collection is known not only for its visual appeal but for its durability and performance in outdoor environments—crafted entirely in Italy with attention to detail and material quality.
Next to the infinity pool, the Step loungers offer clean lines and a modern aesthetic, perfectly suited for sunbathing or unwinding with a book. Shade and comfort are enhanced by the Zeus umbrellas, blending seamlessly into the surroundings while offering functional elegance.
The result is a project where every outdoor area feels intentional—designed for comfort, crafted for beauty, and built to last. A true celebration of Italian design, where luxury furniture meets landscape in perfect harmony.
