Private Residence, Arabian Ranches
Set within Dubai’s Arabian Ranches, this Private Residence is designed for a modern pace without the city’s constant pull. The setting is calm and private, with the kind of space that asks for interiors that feel composed rather than busy. The home is furnished with Meridiani pieces, selected to suit a lifestyle that values comfort, order, and a clean sense of ease.
And the approach stays measured. Nothing loud, nothing overly styled. Instead, the rooms lean into softness and warmth, letting the architecture and natural light do part of the work.
Design Collaboration
The project was completed in collaboration with Caspaiou Design & Interiors, a studio with long experience in the furniture field. Their direction keeps the atmosphere welcoming, but still polished. The selection of Meridiani is handled with restraint, so each piece reads as intentional, not decorative.
But it never feels strict. The overall effect is lived-in and relaxed, with enough structure to keep the spaces looking crisp from morning through evening.
Palette and Materials
The colour story stays in soft, warm hues. Taupes lead, with powder pinks layered in to bring a subtle lift. Together, they create an interior that feels gentle and settled, the kind of palette that doesn’t demand attention yet always looks considered.
The final note comes from Kenya Black marble, bringing depth and contrast without breaking the calm. Different textiles add texture and variation, while bronzed brass introduces a quiet metallic effect. It’s a balanced mix: soft against solid, matte against a muted sheen. And in the end, the residence feels cohesive, with details that hold up the longer one looks.
