Bolle Restaurant, led by chef Filippo Cammarata, is more than just a fine-dining experience. It’s a concept space designed to celebrate the transformation of raw materials into crafted excellence. Located above the historic Pentole Agnelli factory in Bergamo, which still operates as both a production facility and a showroom, the restaurant sits at the intersection of tradition, innovation, and design.
The interior, designed by architect Marco Acerbis, plays with bold contrasts—black and white, light and shadow, solids and voids. Every detail reflects a curated balance of industrial heritage and modern elegance. The use of refined materials and precise lighting creates a futuristic atmosphere while paying tribute to the culinary and manufacturing legacy of the location.
For this project, Talenti stepped beyond outdoor spaces and into the heart of this unique interior. The Cleo Teak armchairs were chosen for their ability to add warmth and texture while maintaining a clean, minimalist silhouette. With their inviting seat and rich teak structure, they offer comfort and aesthetic harmony in a space driven by concept and function.
The Cleo collection integrates seamlessly into the visual language of the restaurant, supporting the overall vision of a welcoming, contemporary setting. This collaboration highlights Talenti’s flexibility, where performance, craftsmanship, and Italian design come together to elevate both indoor and outdoor environments with timeless style.
