Design

The Ollie wall unit is a clean, graphic composition: a floating mirrored shelf framed by two drawers, one above and one below. Everything is kept crisp and intentional, with 45° joints that make the lines read sharp from every angle. There’s no extra hardware to distract the eye. And because it’s wall-hung, the whole piece feels light in the room, even when it’s doing real storage work.

Designed by Yabu Pushelberg for glasitalia, Ollie leans into reflection and precision rather than decoration. The mirror surface brings depth and a subtle sense of movement as the light changes through the day.

Materials & Build

The shelf is made in 6+6 mm laminated mirror, giving it a confident presence without looking heavy. The drawers are finished in mirror or glossy lacquered glass, and there’s also an opaque lacquered glass option depending on the desired look. A titanium mirror finish is available as well, for a darker, more nuanced reflection.

The two drawers are fixed to the shelf itself, and the entire unit mounts to the wall with an adjustable anchoring system. That adjustability matters. It allows for a clean alignment during installation, so the piece reads as one continuous, deliberate volume.

Comfort

This is a storage piece, but it still has a comfort factor in daily use. The drawers are push-pull with Blumotion, so they open with a light touch and close with controlled, quiet movement. No handles, no visual clutter. But also no fuss when hands are full.

The mirrored and lacquered glass surfaces feel sleek and smooth. They’re meant to be looked at, yes, but they also stand up to regular, practical use.

Placement & Lifestyle

Ollie is built for spaces that want storage without giving up floor area. It works in an entry as a compact drop zone, in a living room as a low, reflective accent, or in a bedroom where a traditional nightstand would feel too heavy. The wall-hanging format keeps the room feeling open.

Sizes are straightforward. The unit comes in lengths of about 37.4 inches, 47.2 inches, or 63.0 inches, with a depth of about 13.8 inches and a height of about 15.4 inches. It’s low-profile, but it still gives a generous horizontal surface.

Longevity

Glass and laminated mirror bring lasting visual clarity, and the 45° construction keeps the edges looking sharp over time. The adjustable wall anchoring system supports long-term placement, especially in real homes where walls and floors are rarely perfect.

The Ollie wall unit is not available custom made, which keeps the offering focused and consistent. It’s a considered set of proportions and finishes, designed to look right for years without needing updates or add-ons.
